Profile

vonDALWIG Architecture, is a recognized architectural firm based in Brooklyn that maintains strong interests in space, program, context and potential - striving for full engagement with the manifold aspects of architecture and spatial design.

Our work is distinct in the desire to etsablish an initial understanding of all the qualities of a project. Our process begins by 'stripping down' components to allow a clarity of definition, followed by the pursuit of design solutions that promote lasting engagements with space while simultaneously allowing distinct interpretations. Our aim is to achive vibrant solutions with a simple complexity.

This approach permits a versatile perspective, with a collection of completed projects that range from retail and private homes to large developments and partnerships with organizations such United Photo Industies, Times Square Alliance, LAGCC and the Center for Architecture. Our work to date has garnered recognition from the AIA Brooklyn & Queens, AIA NY and The Architect’s Newspaper.
